Shipping Policy:

  1. Shipping Partners: We generally use USPS with tracking for all our shipments, but occasionally will utilize our relationships with UPS and Fedex to ensure the most quality delivery. 

  2. Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.

  3. Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate fee of $10.75.

  4. Guaranteed Delivery: We guarantee the delivery of your order. If any issues arise, please contact our customer support.

  5. Freshness Guarantee: We guarantee that all products leaving our warehouse are fresh. Our team takes extra care to ensure the quality of the items you receive.

  6. Quality Disclaimer: While we ensure the freshness of our products, we cannot guarantee the quality on delivery due to weather and courier-related conditions. We recommend using our cold packs and cold bricks for a more optimal delivery, especially in warmer climates and for our more temperature sensitive products such as chocolates, certain beverages and candies.  

Returns Policy:

  1. Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

  2. Return Process: To return an item, please contact our customer support. The customer is responsible for the postage fees associated with shipping the product back to us.

  3. Refund/Store Credit: Upon receiving the returned item, customers will be offered store credit. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of our administration team.

  4. Admin Approval: For refund requests, approval from our administration team is required. This is to ensure fair and transparent handling of each case.

  5. Condition of Returned Items: The returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns of damaged or used items.
